Gender wage gap costs minority women more than $1m in some states

The wage gap in America is the fault of...women.

There are more women voters then men.

All these women have to do is refuse to vote for any politician who does not support an equal pay law for women and the law would exist...the problem would be over (in theory).

But they don't...so the fault for the problem is theirs.

Actually if there was a referendum only on that issue you would be correct, but there is not so you are wrong.
Women will probably always be paid less because they prefer fewer, less profitable industries than men, and work less due to children. But, they are getting better educations so that balance things out.
