Class warfare reality or hoax

both are entertainers

and only the weak minded would seek their advice on subjects such as politics

One does not have to be political to have human insight, and George Carlin was much better at it than Michael Savage can ever hope to be.

There's been a lot of talk about class warfare these days.

Many believe it is a strong dislike from the lower class to the upper class.

This could be , but the upper class have money they could provide jobs to the lower worker class .
An average American worker would be happy with a job he could make money pay taxes, live comfortable
Some has said the lower working class hates the upper class or envys the upper class.
However the lower working class needs the upper class for jobs and taxes.

However it does not stop there because just as the lower working class needs the upper class the upper class needs the lower working class.
Especially when the working lower class stops saving to invest in the upper class or when they stop buying the upper classes products.
Thus the upper class needs the working lower class

This is class warfare.

The ones at the top dreading that new tax hike and whatching as the profits start to slide and investors start to run, seeing that black ink slowly turn red.

While the ones at the bottom dread that new budget cut wandering what it will beand who it will effect.
Making plans for a new budget cutting back on things they want holding on to things they need.
Dipping once more into savings, and no need to stop and check that new T.V. CAR OR COMPUTER OR CELLPHONE, They already know they can't afford it.
When telemarkerters call just two words "the economy" and they hang up.:peace

People became desensitized to the word socialist, so a new talking point was needed. Hence, we get "class warfare"

Happens with both sides. People don't have time for 30 second commercials, so now the pols revert to two word slogans.

stop lying. they pay more of the tax burden now. that is what I said and you cannot deny it.

their SHARE of the tax burden went up because people like yours went DOWN

What part of their tax burden went down 40% dont you understand...you cant change fact with whining....the rich pay LESS now than they ever did
they have gotten fabulously richer taking from every one else...and paying less in taxs

They pay more of the burden only because they have more of the wealth and income.

If things continue as they are, the rich will eventually pay 100% of our tax burdon because they will have virtually all of the wealth and most of the income. But of course that wont be fair to the rich, until they have all of the wealth and all of the income.

But of course their greed blinds them to the fact that our economy is already suffering from the fact that too much wealth is concentrated at the top and seem perplexed that there is no demand for their products. After 30 years of trickle down economics, we don't have a strong middle class anymore to create the demand they depend on to buy their goods, but they are seemingly oblivious to this in their quest to concentrate even more wealth at the top through a continuation of the same trickle down economics that brought us to where we are today.

Greed has blinded many to our own history, that this same thing happened before and resulted in the Great Depression.

I think the last 8 lines of the OP says it all, call it what you wish.:peace

There is another factor to consider, working people with a reasonable wage are consumers they buy products from American corporations.
Non working people and people with less pay, buy a lot less American products or do not buy at all
NO SALE IN THE BUSINESS WORLD MEANS LOSS OF MONEY, RED INK. THAT MAKES INVESTORS NERVOUS AND THERE GOES THE MONEY.
For if indeed the globalization market is a competition American corporations are losing in their own back yard.
So attempting to sell American products to foriegn consumers... WELL?:peace
