


By definition you are correct. So what? Stating males and females are not identical is not a negative nor positive statement. Rather, it is factual. The only debate of it then is how and in what ways - and what ways they are not different.
Numerous biological reasons can be pointed to as evolutionary matters in support of various differences, both physical and psychological.
As example, numerous studies (always suspect of course) suggest that women tend to have higher language skills, while men tend to have higher math skills. Evolution prior to modern society would seem to offer reasons for both those conclusions.
"Equality" and "identical" are not the same concepts. But it is easy to mix them up.
