i accept a debate in week one with TOT.

"Has George W. Bush committed any impeachable offenses?"

TOT seems to be confused. I will list actions by the Bush administration which are impeachable, in January. hopefully TOT will debate me in January, by explaining why the actions are not impeachable.

obviously, this is not an impeachment trial. obviously, this will not resemble an impeachment trial. an impeachment trial is what would happen after impeachable offenses (ie., alleged charges) were recognized.

if TOT is in agreement and wants to have a debate (in January, not now), then I am all for it.

I'd like to agree on some rules. for example. If I list 80 impeachable offenses, and TOT doesn't have time to refute all 80, that would seem a bit unfair, eh? so we should establish some limits. obviously, I could go on and on about these criminals. TOT will be busy.

Given that I have about 1 hour of "free pc time" a day, do you think that three days is enough to debate this topic?

IMHO, I don't believe it really is, because there is "so much" to discuss when debating differing social-political systems, but hey, I'm down for a quickie debate if that's all we have.
