Sorry Billo, the Bush presidency has been a veritable fun ride of impeachable offenses. I will be making the case against the Bush administration. Ie., if anyone is so blind to believe there isn't one, and wants to debate it.

What's the charge?

If I'm on the defense of an Impeachment trial then I need to know what my client is charged with or I demand that the charges be dismissed in the preliminary. I'll await the prosecuters opening statement and if he does not present Prima Facie evidence I demand that the charges be dropped!!!

I'm going to take that as an acceptance of the challenge....and hope you actually wait until I make the debate thread to begin this. Just prepare your opening statement, and hold it until January 1st....and please read the Rules carefully ToT...to avoid any chance of disqualification.

Since nifty has a "push" in week one, I'll do week two on any of these topics:

• What it means to be "an American" (ie, definition of "the American way")
• MCA is un-Constitutional
• Corporal Punishment is child abuse
• effectiveness of "Imago Therapy"
• The United States does not exist anymore as a traditional "nation state" with a representative government
• 9/11 was not an act of terrorism

Or the results of week one, "The Rise and Fall of Trajan Octavian Titus", "The Third TOT", "The Final Octavian" or who will Tecoyah vote for in week one.

Sure thing but I want Charges and Prima Facie evidence for those charges, the prosecutor can't be launching charges during trial he needs to stick to a select few and present said charges in the preliminary or in the case of an impeachment pre-Senate trial while it's still in the House IE his opening statement.
