Now in regards to tonights topic...I cannot morally and ethically argue against my opponents position on this matter, for I am personally in agreement with most of what he has stated in regards to the direction the United States should persue with the current Iranian situation.

My worthy opponent is accurate in bringing to light that most of the Iranian population is under 30, from which this author wonders how much longer will they tolerate being led by those old religious leaders.

Where we would differ, is that I believe we can pull out of Iraq and still have the capability (military, diplomatic or otherwise) to aid in any UN SC Resolution to resolve this problem. When we act in concert with the UN, with the voice of world opinion behind us, then our actions abroad are just, and with merit.
