That is a lie the IEA did comfirm it was the IAEA that didn't because they weren't the primary data collectors. If the CIA and the DOE aren't reliable intelligence sources who are? Perhaps truthout?

No sir you haven't yet offered one contradictory stat even your quotes from Baghdad agree with me in that power is no longer only relegated to the capital but instead is distributed evenly throughout Iraq.
