That be crazy if true. I just read not too long ago about a large group of supposed Russians that used reserved programs to make viruses and farmed passwords and got tons of loot.

This would not be a surprise, if it's true. This is the direction the Patriot Act was aimed from its conception. This has Cheney's fingerprints alllll over it!

One day all the bad stuff on the internet is going to just disapear. Just like China. One day everything in the internet world being posted will be nothing but happy go lucky everything is good crap. Thats when you know **** has hit the fan.

I'd say it couldn't come a minute too soon.

And the ones who are taking advantage of the lack of controls on the internet to cause damage and to invade business and other's privacy are the ones you should be angry at.

NOT the ones trying to control these abuses.

This stuff has to stop and you can't blame the government for taking steps to stop it. You have to blame the internet culprits who are responsible for the hackings.

What will you do when Obama is president and they come to your house because they traced your comments to him being a terrorist sympathizer back to you? Will you call for freedom of speech or freedom from big brothers eyes? Is it ok for them to come to your house and inspect it for guns? If you don't have anything to hide why not just let them have access to your harddrive remotely... would you support legislation to allow for all operating systems to be embedded with back doors for the federal government to come and inspect it without warrant?
