there have been some heated debates recently about this topic. is obama granted immunity from deportation just because he was our president? will president trump work with the Kenyans to retrieve the actual copy of his birth certificate?

-no insult slinging, this is just a rational discussion. if you disagree with deporting obama, i respect your opinion.
imo after all the facts have been presented, it looks clearly as if obama has been living here illegally, obtained a clearance under illegal pretenses, and is subject to our deportation laws. what do you think?

now to your point, the actual evidence of his birth points to Kenya. we created a separate thread that details all of the facts and proof.

i do not understand what you mean. which part are you claiming is irrational? do you think deportation is "too harsh"? imo i think the punishment fits the crime.

The State of Hawaii attests to the authenticity of his birth certificate there, and Fox News, of all organizations, confirmed it by finding announcements of Obama's birth in the newspapers in that state.

That puts that issue to bed, IMHO.

thank you for your input. sources indicate that Hawaii felt pressured to "agree" because they knew Obama was going to win the white house. apparently Hawaii was threatened that if they didnt go along with this lie, they would lose funding. imo Obama committed blackmale. imo

how in the sam heck did they know to "announce" his birthday when no one knew he was going to be a president??? very convenient to those who believe all the lies.
 
25% of this forum believes he should be deported according to the poll numbers. that's 1 in 4 :)

thats better. at least 1 in 4 people are drifting away from obamas lies and cover ups

Exactly.. It announced that he was born, but didn't say he was going to be president. It is very typical for people to announce births in papers, or was before the age of the internet. Here is a place where you can search newspapers archived for birth announcements.

Since Obama is a legal citizen of this country, with no compelling evidence being brought forth that has satisfied any court or law or any law enforcement authority, no he absolutely should not be deported as it would be a disastrous and gross overreach of the United States Government to deport a citizen. Regardless of your personal feelings and disregard for the constitution, Barack Obama is guaranteed the same rights as any other citizen which includes the presumption of innocence unless guilt can be proved.

To accuse him of engaging in wholesale fraud, which would be required to claim that he is not a citizen of this country, and to act as if that accusation should be considered legitimate for the removal of his rights by the government, is not enough to warrant such action. PROOF before a court of law would need to be provided.

So no. No he does not need to be deported.

Doesn't matter. The government officials in Hawaii are as liberal as they come. They aren't going to change their story, and their authority is absolute in this.

thats my point though! what evidence is there that hes a citizen? they keep linking me to that horribly faked birth cert.

that is true. however once trump gets in the white house they might feel compelled to come forward about obamas abuse of power.
