The FBI creates or obtains records as it carries out its responsibilities. These records are generally organized into case files which commonly include investigative files and personnel files. The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) or the Privacy Act was exercised in order to receive these 72 documents.

This thread will go over each document individually and determine whether or not there is any value, evidence or proof.

re: The 72 useless FBI documents to the 911 Commission[W:138]

Does anyone object to designating Document No. 1 as USELESS.

Good for you, Redress, you must be one of the quicker posters here. That is exactly the point.

The 72 FBI documents are as useless as this thread.

I am encouraged that one poster has already agreed that the 72 FBI documents are useless.

So why does any one care about this?

I wish I knew. I think its more as if the Official Conspiracy Theorists believe these FBI documents contain some sort of holy grail of proof into who carried out the events of 9/11. They constantly cite the FBI or these documents but never quote from them directly. I figured that if I posted the documents, the OCT's would be forced to demonstrate the value or forced to admit the uselessness of them.

Guess you don't have a need to know what was in the Jan 2007 report.

As to the other 30+ reports....

Oh, that's right... You will concentrate on the one redacted report.

(Clue: the people with need to know get the good stuff)

I OBJECT!!... I said that out loud with some gusto, fyi

They blanked out everything on purpose to drive certain people into thinking there is a conspiracy. :lamo

this is one of the more pertinent things you've ever said... I think you can start counting your good posts on a second hand now.

Anyway, yes, they get all the good stuff, they don't need to piece together what truthers have been pointing out as obvious for more than a decade.

I only wish documents such as the highlighted one were full text because watching the squirming that would come from the bunk ones would be entertaining to see, to say the least.

The converse of that is CT's who always insist the smoking gun for who really did 9/11 is contained within the next classified document, only to change their tune when it gets declassified and there it isn't.

Those folks outnumber the people you are talking about.

Those guys don't bother me at all, as they are not standing in the the way of a proper and complete investigation, arguing in favor of secrecy or blindly defending the OCT.

By all means...

Define a "proper and complete investigation" since it appears the FBI did a "proper and complete investigation"

I enter this statement of yours as evidence to my point.

Since you already laid down your arms, try picking up a dictionary and using a pen.

re: The 72 useless FBI documents to the 911 Commission[W:138]

I will post the documents as I deem fit. I'll get to those useless documents later. I'm already going to bore everyone with the smaller documents, no sense in dropping the hatchet of boredom so quickly with those longer documents.

TRANSLATION: You will search for the most heavily redacted documents and ignore ones that actually discuss 9/11.
