Im Michele, come from Northern California and looking forward to discussing politics with you all.

I just googled and found this particular forum, and havent had a chance much to look around but I am hoping to find a forum based in mutual respect, and that even with differing views on how our country should be run, we all still DO love this country and want the best for it.

Hi Michele. Welcome to DP. Like any other political site, there are always a handful of haters with nothing better to do that create turmoil, but for the most part, most folks here are really nice on both sides of the aisle. Smart too!
