Gender: | Hello... Hey
I am a burnt out moderator from another political forum ...have posted on a couple of boards, but can't say I recognise any of the names here so far.
I am a fairly laid back soul, like a laugh, but will engage in debate if the topic merits it.
Likely to just lurk quietly for a while and see how things should be done before making any posts. Looks like an interesting place, well done to your staff.
Edit] I see you already have at least one Scot on board, which is good...I hope... |

What a wonderful time for you to join the board, with American elections in the works.

US politics, not too up on them although I am learning. We have to try as your situation does impact across the globe and particularly on the UK due to our close economic links and foreign policy. So why are you not all voting Ron Paul? He is the one who seems to have a grasp on the economic situation, is he not, and that is one big issue? And what is wrong with supporting a return to Constitutional values as the Constitution was intended?
You may or may not know that the past two UK Prime Ministers have been Scots, which is a bit embarrassing considering the shambolic state of affairs over here. Gordon Brown could appear to be losing his grip a little more every day. Anyway, I will take the political discussion into your threads and seek a UK politics discussion.
Or a Ron Paul one. He is an interesting character, if ever I saw one... |

Ron Paul huh? That's not very Scottish! You definetly can't be a weigi.
I used to live in America so quite enjoy following their politics, although I'm a bit hesitant to be too opinionated in discussions, feels like I'm sticking my nose in. You're right though, it still has a big impact on what happens over here.
