I'm a Brit, now Swiss, who emigrated to Switzerland in 1976 and never looked back ('cos CH is a nice place to be).
In the real world, people call me Maurice Calvert and here in Geneva we speak French (with a ghastly accent). I have a smattering of German and Russian.
Just clocked 60, married some 30-odd years, two sons: 25-year-old Nicolas currently in Luang Prabang and 28-year-old Thomas currently in Fribourg.

Those who have had the (mis)fortune to meet me on other forums would probably describe me as witheringly sarcastic, provocative, caustic and liberal-rightish.

I just read a few of your blog posts in the link you provided, and well, I have to say that you are going to make an interesting addition to the conversation around here - to say the least. I have a few members in mind that I would pay good money to see you debate regarding Ukraine and a few other issues. I mean Real Good money.

However, I would suggest that before you dive in, that you check out the forum rules. If you do, I think you'll have no problem making numerous debates very interesting to read and be no less for wear.
