The rest of your statement above is mostly laughable and just further shows how your generally bigoted stances on religion influences everything and anything you do in regards to debate. The fact you still harp on a religious practice that was more something I was dragged along to then anything I actually practiced, and have not practiced for over a decade, is proof enough for that.

I'm stating your knowledge of the constitution, and in general organizations and contracts, as presented here makes me believe you're ignorant to that bit of information. If you wish to claim that you have some great experience in it, go ahead. That doesn't change the fact that your words and arguments here are so outlandish and frankly wrong that it appears you're ignorant on this subject, IE speaking without knowledge of THIS SUBJECT.

But please, link to case law that states a Business, School, or other private enterprise can not have a condition in which employement, use of facilities or items, or enrollment is contingent upon activity taken place outside of the premises of that organization, business, or other private entity. I'd LOVE to see this case law. Links please.

As I already said, I'm eager to see the legions of legal lawsuits against every tech company that ever has existed over the illegality, according to your logic, of Non-Disclosure Agreements, which are contracts of sorts entered into by individuals and private enterprises that allow the individual to do a privledge in exchange for that individual choosing to give up their right to talk...IE speech...about a specific thing even outside of the perview of that company. Really, I'm wanting to watch you shake Microsoft and Apple to their knees.

I am NOT ignorant. Even IMPLYING such is not allowed on DP.

The Frost family is currently suing the school and are likely to prevail (our government is now very liberal) and receive damages.

Mr. Frosts parents are likely to collect a refund of any monies paid to the school. The court is also likely to issue an order requiring the school to allow the boy to graduate with his class.

The school is wrong --- they are punishing HIM for doing something that is contrary to THEIR beliefs. Contract or not -- this is a 1st Amendment violation.

People on the right do not agree because they believe they and their far right religious organizations are above the law.

They are wrong sir... as are you.

Accept it and move on.
