Yes, and you and your friends are mistaken.

Moreover, you're willing to ruin Mr. Frost's life because he did something 90% of American high school kids have done. I find this to be deplorable conduct on your part and on the part of the school.

They should be ashamed of themselves.

Yes, I know it would be a nightmare if your right-wing christian nazi buddies got told no publicly. It would jeopardize the ability of some other collection of zealtous assholes from ruining another child's life.

This pretty much sums up your argument and debate skills...

Yes, you call me names because I said something you disagree with. Typical right-wing misbehavior.

You mean like you do?

"Go goose-step elsewhere dude.

Your brownosing of a collection of nazi assbags is sickening.

I characterize you as a far right wing nutjob.

Your views favor the far right nazi zealots at the school. This makes you no better than them.

We're not discussing private property. That is retarded right wing bull****.

If you were not a far right nazi republiscumbag supporter, you would be able to see past your religion and programming.

I am sorry you're not educated enough to see that comparsion for what it is.

The uneducated always scream "bigotry" when they know their argument is defeated.

This is the prattle of the far right zealot supporting religious nut. It's their trademark and YOU ARE DISPLAYING IT NICELY!

You arguments failed to be anything more than far right conformist bull****.

Yet more Republicanazi excuse making.

Conservatives tend to be nazi-like. It's in their nature.
"

This is a good one here...

"Yet another conseravite supporter of religious tyranny.

Conservatives and religious tyranny go togther like:

Eggs and Bacon
Death and Taxes
Politics and Corruption
Stupidity and George W. Bush
"

No trolling here.

"Yet more anti-American conservative nonsense.

You are WRONG. You lack the gonads to admit it.

You and your motely crew of brow-nosing conservative nazism supporters represent one of the major issues with this country.

We all know you're a *former" catholic. You were raised to believe the same nonsensical bull**** that the charter school is spewing. Naturally you would be sympathetic to their nazi tactics.

You sir lack the objectivity to debate this topic.

As does the squad of brown-nosers who seems to be following you.

I will not bow down to confused right-wingers who think they and their religious institutions are above the law.

You right-wingers need to understand that neither you, nor your religious institutions, are above the law.

Yet more republican religious support spewage.

The conservative in you just lacks the courage to admit an error.

You can choke the right-wing chicken all you want. It's still a chicken... and you're still wrong.
"

So saying your argument and debate kills make you sound like a moonbat (with a picture no less) may be trolling according to the mod, but this makes it no less true and not name calling.

Pot meet kettle.

I have something for you Vader that may help you.

Step 1: Learn a thing or two about the ****ing constitution and law

Step 2: ???

Step 3: Knowledge

Your posts in this thread are some of the most ignorant posting I believe I've ever seen on this forum that, mixed with your over the top bigoted stance on religion and your absolutely out of touch with reality or logic views on the constitution, make me roll my eyes at your childish 5 year old insults. Your actions, mixed with your words, have shown your opinions to deserve no more attention, respect, or consideration than said 5 year olds.

This school had in my opinion an extremely stupid rule in their agreement. However, the person in question AGREED to that agreement in exchange for attending the school. He was not forced. There was no violations of the constitution. You're wrong and if you go to any respectable constitutional authority they'll tell you the same thing. Deal with it, or be like yourself and whine and bitch about it while we all ignore it akin to a gnat buzzing around.

I took your advice and added him to the ignore list.

Thanks for the good advice.

I tend to get carried away when I feel strongly about something. The rights of the student where not infringed and he was suggesting we should infringe of the rights of the school (no matter how stupid the rules may be to me personally) as a private entity. Private property and rights is a strong issue with me.

Ok, Vader's arguments aside since I will say some of them could VERY EASILY be constrewed as baiting or whatnot, but I see nothing wrong in of itself with vader's statement about religion not being above the law. Legal precedents have re-enforced this in various aspects throughout history.

Blackdog,

Whether the boy's rights were infringed upon or not is not definitive - that's why they are suing, and that's why a judge is going to decide, not you (or me, or anybody else).

Religion isn't above the law. However, Vader appears to be extremely ignorant of the law. The religious institutiton didn't do anything illegal here. They did not do anything that isn't practiced both by business and privately joined groups throughout the country. There was no forced removal of any rights, there wasn't even any REMOVAL of rights. There was a simple agreement that a person had to do X to attend Y, which is NOT a violation of any law.

Yes, in general the statement that religion isn't above the law is correct. The issue is Vader's bigoted stance vs Religion is the reason he's thinking that has any connotation here, when it doesn't, because "religion" isn't doing anything against the law here.

If this is somehow against the law then I can say I will be extremely happy to know that Non Disclosure Agreements can also be found to be unconstitutional because it'd be great to know all this tech information immedietely instead of having to wait months for peoples "Freedom of Speech" to be allowed.

No one here has said they are above the law, so why would this be relevant?

No law suit has been filed to date. Precedent up to the SCOTUS, says it will fail because it is a private institution.

The arguments and precedent set forth by myself and others has nothing to do with it being a religious institution. It only concerns it being a private institution that receives no federal or state funding.

The agreement was made and the school has the right to correct the individual for breaking the agreement to attend the school.
