Yes, they are illegal. They run contrary to the 1st Amendment.

If the non-disclosure agreement leads to restraining employees from revealing criminal activities, then, yes, they are illegal. They are also unenforceable.

Now you're just blowing smoke. This is a well known righty tactic.

Those rules are their to provide safety. These are not a violation of the constitution. Loitering is considered a crime in some areas. For more information, read a book on real estate law.

No, your logic is flawed. The right seems to think their religion and associated groups are above the law. Guess what? THEY ARE NOT.

The right has always had a hard time accepting that they are not above the law.

It's a character flaw common among right-wingers.

Re: Go to Prom and get Suspended?

The right to make a choice does not mean that the said given choice should be free from criticism. Yes, backwards church-school operates under the assumption of *freedom of association* and as such, can accept whoever they want and conversely, not accept whoever they want. The parents who send their child to this school is doing them a grave disservice. We increasingly live in a multicultural and interconnected world. Isolating your children with people who only agree with your moral tenants will not help them navigate the outside world, nor does it give them an effective barometer as to what is out there in the real world.

Quite correct.

The code of conduct in not enforceable. If the Frost family chooses to take this to court, they will be victorious. The right-wingers will say otherwise but that is because they believe they and their religious groups are above the law.

Example: Pat Robertson
Example: Dick Cheney
Example: George Bush

Now that is funny!

If this is true. Please explain why to date no lawsuit. Also explain how the Boy Scouts can kick out a member for being openly gay.

Sorry you can yell, call names etc and you still fail unless you put forth "evidence." You know that thing that proves you are not just making it up.

No one here has said that.

So now it is wrong to instill your morals into your own children? That pretty much is the reason we raise children.

I am certain through the proper education they know exactly what is out there. With the Internet etc, I doubt that would be much of an issue.

Lawsuits take time and money to bring about.

I am not pleased with the boy scouts policy of discrimination. That dude got raped by right wing zealots.

He was victimized by unfair right wing fanatics.

You right-wingers need to understand that neither you, nor your religious institutions, are above the law.

In most people's opinions actually.

There is a fringe of elitests who do not agree.

Installing morals is one thing. Forcing them down the child's throat is quite another. This is yet another gray area for right-wingers.

The thing is ... that school is not offering a PROPER education.
