Friend of mine from another board, who is Canadian, posted this.

Seems like steps backwards to me.

Self-determination through segregation just seems like a backwards way of doing things.

What say you?

I disagree. This is a step towards cultural acceptance. It is an African Studies school, not a Black School. Any student can go to the school if they wish, not just black students.
