Hopfully a moderate will be confirmed, but then again Obama tried to pass off a moderate, no success. The GOP have backed themselves into a corner, stick with Trump and risk loosing the Senate confirmation hearings, or dump Trump to save the Senate. Either way they are screwed, and should have accepted Obamas man for confirmation hearing.

Donald Trump is clearly an idiot for suggest we granted Canada independence and an even bigger fool for suggesting that we should want it back.

Let's face it, Canada is a wonderfully convenient place for our liberals to run to. Much better than having them run to other liberal sanctuaries like New York, California, and Washington DC.

And I sincerely appreciate the Canadian smugglers who, at great risk, kept Americans supplied with functioning toilets when the liberal governments in the U.S. mandated non-functioning low-flow porcelain decorations in bathrooms.

What's next? Canadians disguised at drug mules smuggling Happy Meals into California.

I realize Trump is a joke but that doesn't mean he has no responsibility for what he says. Unless you're a Trumpkin. Then you actually believe he wasn't talking about Carly Fiorina's looks.
