Petey, I see you are still in the business of being completely clueless and a partisan hack. This isn't about who is President, it is about the Secret Service. No one mentioned this being Obama's fault, but you chime right in with a really lame backhanded slap at Bush. This is a Secret Service issue, which I am sure was addressed after the fact by the Obama administration, if not by Obama himself. Things like this simply cannot happen - no matter who is President and what party they belong to. I don't want to see harm come to Obama, no matter how bad he is screwing up this country, he is still our President. This "slip up" by the SS is not Obama's fault in the least, and no one said anything like that prior to your post.

Er I agree, as I have stated even in the quote you pointed out. I am not the one saying that the Jeff Gannon situation was not similar to this.... I am in fact claiming that it is not the first time the SS screwed up and I would claim that the Jeff Gannon situation was far worse as it went on for 2 freaking years.

This has nothing to do with Bush, but that the SS under Bush did similar thing but over a longer period. I fully understand the outrage over this lapse in security, but what I dont understand is why there was no outrage when Jeff Gannon was finally unmasked. A security **** up is a security **** up and that is my point and who is in control of the US government should not have any barring on the situation but it seems on it does since people of the "right wing" on these boards are dismissing the Jeff Gannon episode as some how not important or equal to this security lapse.. freaking ironic.
