She is a bit of a moron, but the attacks on her are nowhere near what they would be (i.e. completely unproffesional and childish) if she were a guy.

That said, if that were the case, his political career would still be rooted, forever and ever, in the frozen north.

Actually many people tell you exactly why they dislike her. She is not only the antithesis of what many liberals believe socially, but also quite frankly just seems dumb. Just because she has a huge fan base does not make her right. Many people take everything Glenn Beck says as fact, but that certainly doesn't make him a threat to liberals...we just find him (them) unintelligent and ignorant. I, for one, am actually somewhat intimidated by this woman. I am probably one of the few people left of center who believe that she could actually stand a chance if running for national office (we elected Bush twice). To imagine her in power absolutely horrifies me the same way that many on the right are horrified of Obama. I find it very hypocritical however that many on this forum who constantly claim that we on the left worship Obama, while at the same time defend Ms. Palin's every move.

This liberal promises not to criticize Mrs. Palin in any way for the next three years.

I hope the GOP will break their glass ceiling and nominate her to run against Obama in 2012.

I like to think that the average swing voter is not stupid enough to vote for Palin if she were nominated, but I really just don't have much faith anymore.

i have looked farther down the stems of champagne glasses than you have been away from home.

Palin knows zero about your foreign policy.

her views are skewed by her ultra right religious beliefs.

she was in trouble already in Alaska.

she ran a state that is smaller in population than many suburbs of Chicago.

she is back woods and seems to know little about the actual working of your nation.

if you don't see these as flaws in her than you are one of the reasons why i left the country for good.
