How 'bout we just make them get their own health insurance if they want it, then? Don't make anybody pay. Stop making me match my employee's medicare and SS.

Yeah, so where are all those folks that screamed about their lost "rights" under the Patriot Act at now? Freedom? Not in the USSA...
If you aren't going to be part of the health care solution then you are part of the problem.

F*** this, F*** the senate if this passes. This is bull and and the supreme court should strike it down for infringing on the freedoms of American citizens.

Here's the way I see it - What are they going to do, throw us all in jail for refusing to pay our fines? The jails are already overcrowded from all those they have convicted in their failed phony drug war. They don't have room for all of us, so let's give them the finger.

As of now, I do believe, they need a warrant to access your personal medical records. If this bill gets passed, then they can bypass the warrant process and just look through it. Who knows what kind of mix ups and foul play that may cause.

OK, thanks for the clarification. Unwarranted access is one thing. Although for most Gov't agencies to obtain a warrant these days, it takes them less time than it tales me to buy a cup of coffee at 7/11.

Universal Health Care is not the solution. People have the right to choose what type of Health Care they want, if any. The idea of charging an American citizen money because they did not buy into the product the government was pushing is stupid. Next they are going to pass a bill saying we are not allowed to talk negatively about the plan. Not everyone needs Health Care, just like not everyone is cut out for college. They can get Health Care from an existing company the government does not need to force everyone into theirs.

Besides what is this going to do for jobs? A government Health Care that everyone is required to have, and that is putting a monopoly on the business will put thousands out of work. Think of all the employees that work for existing Health Care companies. They will all be without a job, Barry needs to think this through more.
