I do not what is worse, that Obama criticized Bush, yet kept his policies, or the judges, who approved the policies under Bush, now saying they are no longer valid. So much for an independent judiciary.

Good for them. The GWB war policies and power grab were wrong....whether he's doing it or Obama is attempting to assert the power.

To their credit, they did finally start reigning in Bush's power grab on habeas corpus etc. before he left office. So they were slow at first, but now they're being consistent.
