As far as I am concerned the voters should be the ones to decide who the replacement through an election. But seeing how right now the law states the governnor has a right to pick who ever the hell he wants as Obama's replacement then he should be able to do so. The other senators(from other states) have no business blocking Blagojevich's nomination especially seeing how Blagojevich has not been convicted of any crime.

Burris is a ****ing hypocrite who jumped on the lets condemn Blagojevich bandwagon until Blagojevich nominated him,so he is basically getting what he deserves. He seems to think no one stores videos or audio of politicians saying stuff.
