Look, it's not all about you. There are legitimate reasons to disagree with you and such disagreement isn't a sign that someone else ain't listening to you or is ignoring you.

It's kinda like this fetish with unity and compromise. One never exists as a political matter and the other results in the dysfunction that is DC these days where temporary compromises become never-ending spending programs.

Listening is never a bad thing if you make the right choice when you act.

I think the correct term is not the "right choice", one can never know if it is the RIGHT choice, I think it is more important to at least make a DECISION based on the best information available at the time which is intended to be the right choice.

Nothing is more dangerous than a leader who attempts to lead based on "popular" opinion or opinion polls and rarely if ever makes a decision; I do not need to name names here right?

It is good to listen, but one must decide for oneself, not decide for what the polls tell you,

Re: A rare gathering: Bush, Obama and 3 ex-presidents

I watched the video. After all the thank you were given, they were chatting a bit amongst themselves and Clinton tells Bush, "I love this rug", and they're both staring at it looking, while the other 3 presidents are standing around.

Well I'm not sure about Nixon but I think he was alive.
That's actually a scene from Hot Shots! Part Deux
