They moved a name on the ballot.

The subject ruling did not determine that Barbour "broke the law" - in fact they didn't even rule that the ballot needs to be revised.

I posted the actual court decision from the actual site of the Mississippi Supreme court. I suggest you read it before resorting to more of your silly one liners.

Well the summary and thread title certainly didn't come from the MS Supreme Court ruling.

What the court did was interpret the rule, which showed that the names of the Senators should not be on the bottom of the ballot. The court noted that it did not have the ability to tell Barbour what to do. But the ruling essentially tells Barbour that he needs to move the names, and if he doesn't, the aggrieved party can come back to court.

That's what I got out of the ruling.

Whoa - crawl off of Dana. You guys post items that are breaking and on blogs all the time. Dana didn't post what Kos had to say about the story - he posted a link to the court filing that was on the Kos site.

This is the part that upheld the decision of the lower court to force the Wicker-Musgrove race to the top of the ballot, where it belongs, and in compliance with the law that Barbour violated.

Understand I'm explaining and not giving you a hard time. It was ruled illegal but they did not order Barbour to change the ballot. He did to avoid the scandal that Dana was talking about. It was illegal but they could not force him to change it.
