The subject ruling did not determine that Barbour "broke the law" - in fact they didn't even rule that the ballot needs to be revised. | I posted the actual court decision from the actual site of the Mississippi Supreme court. I suggest you read it before resorting to more of your silly one liners.

That's what I got out of the ruling. |

Current Mood: | Re: Huge Election Scandal Brewing in Mississippi "Huge Election Scandal Brewing in Mississippi" Wow!
The whole title is sooooo misleading.
There was no "Election Scandal".
Nothing about it was "Huge", nor was it "Brewing".

From the court decision: Quote: |
ORDERED, that the Petition requesting that this court reverse and vacate the declaratory judgment is denied.....
| This is the part that upheld the decision of the lower court to force the Wicker-Musgrove race to the top of the ballot, where it belongs, and in compliance with the law that Barbour violated.

That's what I got out of the ruling. | Understand I'm explaining and not giving you a hard time. It was ruled illegal but they did not order Barbour to change the ballot. He did to avoid the scandal that Dana was talking about. It was illegal but they could not force him to change it.
