A huge victory in the war on drugs and one of the largest drug bust in the history of the United States took place today. The Mexican drug cartel known as the Gulf cartel was dealt a massive blow. 175 Mexican scumbags arrested. Locally here in Dallas a home was raided today 22 mexicans were in the house and arrested. There power was cut to defeat the surveillance system then officers moved in.
This investigation started in Farmers Branch Texas in June 2007. Local law enforcement agencies seized $1 million in cash, more than 650 pounds of cocaine and 400 pounds of methamphetamines, along with 20 weapons and various explosive devices.
All of this is going on while our legislators do nothing to stop illegal criminal immigrants from crossing into the USA. We have Mexican drug cartels operating in our country. The Southwestern USA is a freakin war zone. Mexican military is providing support to smugglers. Drug cartels are crossing the border and kidnaping people. Are Border patrol is under maned and the drugs keep comming. But we don't need a fence do we? After all these people are just hard working people looking for a better life at our expense.

They are doing what they can. But our sorry ass president and the bumbs in congress will not do what the majority of American people want them to do. Secure the border, massive workplace enforcement, deportation of illegals on a much larger scale, and come up with a guest worker program that matches workers to employers who can not find citizen workers. This story is evidence that many illegal immigrants do not have our best intrest. This is a security issue. We have violent Mexican drug cartels operating in our cities. Dosn't this concern you Hatuey? |

Current Mood: | Re: Feds Arrest 175 in Bust of Violent Mexican Drug Cartel This issue drives me crazy. One of the few times that members from both parties come together for a common goal - and it is the polar opposite of what the vast majority of citizens want.
Enforce the damn laws, and secure our borders. If you want to change policy, then change it - legitimately - don't just all agree to look the other way. There isn't a single reasonable point to not having a secure border.
If they would just shoot a few of the invaders, we'd send a clear message. Instead, they put up water stations along the routes.

F*** the War on Drugs. | Wrong, before Regan declared the war on drugs in 1982 there were allready violent drug cartels. In fact one of the most well known was the Medellín Cartel in Columbia. They were extreamly violent. They preceeded the war on drugs. There were many more.
Whats your solution? Should we legalize heroin, meth, and cocaine. Pass out clean needles and condoms at schools?
These dangerous drugs ruin peoples lifes. |

These dangerous drugs ruin peoples lifes. | Well if our kids were on dope, it might make it more difficult for liberal school teachers to indoctrinate them with their hogwash.

Drugs have been illicit since long before Regan.
How many violent liquor cartels do you know of? Quote:

Recognize the fact that people who are addicted to drugs have a medical problem, not a criminal problem, and it should be addressed by doctors and medical professionals, instead of judges and prison guards.
