Undocumented students' college aid in jeopardy

At least three state judges to be proud of have just skewered the California practice of providing in state college tuition rates for illegal alien students. That is about 15,000 to 20,000 such students, many of which also qualify for various college grant programs. Otherwise students must pay the much higher out of state tuition rates. The ridiculous policy is the result of our Democrat controlled legislature and court decisions. Our state schools on all levels for at least a couple decades have been one of the primary forces on the side of illegal aliens as they swell numbers of students that keep teachers and school employees in demand. And are very cozy with the Democratic Party. Of course these same kind of laws have been pushed by illegal immigration avocates in other states too. Another majority attraction factor for aliens wanting to enter our country illegally with employment, no questions asked dole, and anchor babies, all of which drain we citizens pocketbooks.

Excellent. Student funding for our own kids is tight. I'm all for withdrawing aid from the undocumented.

All the blame can't go to the democrats. The GOP has had plenty of opportunities to make this, and other immigration issues, a focus - and have failed to do so.

It should be a crime to give aid, or any assistance, to a person that has violated federal law and continue to do so as long as they remain within our borders illegally. For a state or local government to officially do so, boggles the mind.
