So Maliki was appointed dictator of Iraq while I was in the can or something? That's quite an interesting take you have there on a Constitutional Democracy with separate branches of government.

Maliki certainly doesn't need a national referendum but he damn sure needs a majority vote in the Iraqi legislature.

Until you people present the bill quit stating that the Iraqi government has asked us to leave, because they have not.
