Democrats have votes to hold 2 White House officials in contempt

Are you illiterate? Under a Representative Federalist Republic We the People of Kansas get a proportional representation at the Federal level as the We the People of New York.

That's not WE THE PEOPLE, that is the electorate, not WE THE PEOPLE. Are you an idiot? Yep.

No **** sherlock, but you said WE THE PEOPLE elected him twice, which is bullshit, he lost the popular vote in 2000 so WE THE PEOPLE did NOT elect him twice. Learn to read what you write.

We the People of Kansas are entitled to proportional representation at the Federal level as the We the People of New York, it's called Federalism and states rights.

And read my above post, that is not WE THE PEOPLE. That is an electorate.

WE THE PEOPLE chose Gore in 2000. The Supreme Court chose Bush in 2000. No amount of spin can change that.

GFYS, We the People of the United STATES. We live in a Federalist system where states have rights, and the We the People within less populated states have just as much right to representation as We the People in more populated states.

Which are proportional to the population.

Then what does this mean?

the electoral college insures that heavier populated states do not get an unequal say at the Federal level than less populated states

Proportional doesn't mean equal. Which is it? The Senate has equal say. Two votes per state.

It is not WE THE PEOPLE, it is an electorate. GFYM

No that is We the People.

WE THE PEOPLE chose Gore in 2000. The Supreme Court chose Bush in 2000. No amount of spin can change that.

We the People did not choose Gore, We the People chose GWB through our representatives in the electoral college, the SCOTUS did nothing except enforce the decision of We the People.

What law did he break? The F.A.'s serve at the pleasure of the President as members of the Executive because as the President the powers of the Executive are invested in him. Try again.

We'll never know what law he broke. He invokes executive priveledge for every question asked. How about Cheney and the Valerie Plame outing?

We the People did not choose Gore, We the People chose GWB through our representatives in the electoral college, the SCOTUS did nothing except enforce the decision of We the People.

Nope a SMALL group of people chose, WE THE PEOPLE chose Gore, GFYM

The electoral college chose bush, the people choose Gore.

WE THE PEOPLE voted for Gore through our voting system.

Wrong, we are a Representative Republic, if We the People chose Gore he would have been President in 2000. Sorry but We the People of the less populated states get proportional representation at the Federal Level as We the People of more populated states.

THE MAJORITY OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA VOTED FOR GORE. WE THE PEOPLE IS THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES AND THEY VOTED FOR GORE.

Yes, it is a cop out he won't testify under oath. But hey, just remember that when Clinton becomes President. I have a feeling conservatives are going to choke on their words.

Well you will certianly being hearing them saying the President has to much power.

What should he made to testify for? What crime is he charged with?

Possible doctoring or cherry picking of evidence leading up to the Iraq war. He should be required to testify under oath for that. That's what happens when you invade a country for WMDs and don't find them. All he has to do is testify under oath to answer questions for that.

We are not a tyranny of the majority we are a Representative Republic, sorry but We the People of each state is entitled to proportional representation at the Federal Level, that is what the Founders meant by We the People.

A) There is 0 evidence for that, the Congress got the 2002 NIE too.

B) What crime would that be? If there is a crime then the Congress needs to bring charges and begin impeachment procedures, but they won't because they know there is no merit to these accusations.

Fine, but WE THE PEOPLE of the United States voted for Gore. Just remember that. The majority did not want Bush only the Supreme Court did.
