We the People of Kansas are entitled to proportional representation at the Federal level as the We the People of New York, it's called Federalism and states rights.

And read my above post, that is not WE THE PEOPLE. That is an electorate.

WE THE PEOPLE chose Gore in 2000. The Supreme Court chose Bush in 2000. No amount of spin can change that.

GFYS, We the People of the United STATES. We live in a Federalist system where states have rights, and the We the People within less populated states have just as much right to representation as We the People in more populated states.

Proportional doesn't mean equal. Which is it? The Senate has equal say. Two votes per state.

We the People did not choose Gore, We the People chose GWB through our representatives in the electoral college, the SCOTUS did nothing except enforce the decision of We the People.

Possible doctoring or cherry picking of evidence leading up to the Iraq war. He should be required to testify under oath for that. That's what happens when you invade a country for WMDs and don't find them. All he has to do is testify under oath to answer questions for that.

We are not a tyranny of the majority we are a Representative Republic, sorry but We the People of each state is entitled to proportional representation at the Federal Level, that is what the Founders meant by We the People.

A) There is 0 evidence for that, the Congress got the 2002 NIE too.

B) What crime would that be? If there is a crime then the Congress needs to bring charges and begin impeachment procedures, but they won't because they know there is no merit to these accusations.

Fine, but WE THE PEOPLE of the United States voted for Gore. Just remember that. The majority did not want Bush only the Supreme Court did.
