Donald Trump to Donald Trump: “You’re fired.”

That pretty much says it all, but really, who didn't see this coming. He was just in it for the publicity. Trump is a media whore...... Really?? Who would have thunk it? LOL.

well, he certainly knows a lot about THIS:

He added, "I will continue to push our President and the country’s policy makers to address the dire challenges arising from our unsustainable debt structure and increasing lack of global competitiveness."

Good!

I never took him serious anyway. But like he said, atleast he got the President to finally release his long-form birth certificate. Little did Trump know his push would give the pundits nothing else to really talk about except to try and rehash old issues which basically tells voters that Republican really ain't got nothing.

Huckabee and Trump bailed out.

Palin, Rand Paul and Backmann's chances of getting the nomination are all ZERO.

The GOP keeps pushing for Chris Christie to run then berate him for not being conservative enough.

Mitch Daniels still hasn't decided to run and most folks on the Right don't think too highly of him.

And then there's Herman Cain who I still don't believe the GOP will nominate because it's just not in them to nominate a Black man for President. (The movement's history bores them out on this matter.)

So, that basically leaves Romney and Gingrich who support an individual mandate of some sort whether on the state or federal level. And Gingrinch doesn't support the Paul Ryan financial plan, especially his revisions to Medicare. This basically means both will run (as silently as possible) as Social-Conservatives which the hard-Right won't tolerate.

In short, unless Pres. Obama really screws up the GOP can pretty much kiss their chances of winning the 2012 Presidency good-bye.

Good, I doubt many would have supported him in the voting booth anyway. Now that the politicians that are favorites of the media are dropping out officially, we can get serious about selecting a candidate.

I personally like Mitch Daniels and Pawlenty, but Cain is very impressive and made a lot of friends during the South Carolina debate. I don't believe Romney will ever gain the trust of Conservatives and Gingrich cooked his own goose for good this weekend. Jon Huntsman is also a name to watch out for and could be a dark horse candidate.

And, by the way..... RAND Paul is not running, RON Paul is.

Not too shocked. Trump lost his platform when Obama showed his birth certificate...

What will happen to those poor Liberals who were salivating over a Trump/Palin 2012 ticket?

They'll be cruising to victory with Obama, or so they think. Election day is still a long way off, and I look for a new GOP face to take the nomination next year. Obama was unknown before he began his campaign. So, for fun, let's speculate on which GOP member who is a dark horse at this time to gallop to the finish line.

Donald Trump to Donald Trump: “You’re fired.”
That decision was made the day Obama released his long form certificate.

He is not now, nor has he ever been, a serious candidate for POTUS... nor has Palin. Its almost time for the circus act to end, the clowns to go home and the real serious contenders for POTUS (at to the extent that applies to a Republican in 2012) to take the stage.

Yep. BTW, was there any real news today?

Well there should be given that today is the day that Jerome Corsi's book comes out about Obama's birth certificate, but it's buried in the news for some odd reason :smirk:

yes, and it was made by obama.
I guess this means we won't be seeing Trump's tax return either, as he suggested he would consider releasing if Obama would release his long form certificate? :2razz:
