Why wouldn't you want a more well-rounded education on the people who founded this country?
I'm still waiting for someone to explain the title of this thread.
"To waste, to destroy, our natural resources, to skin and exhaust the land instead of using it so as to increase its usefulness, will result in undermining in the days of our children the very prosperity which we ought by rights to hand down to them."~ Theodore Roosevelt (Message to Congress, Dec. 3, 1907)
And Thomas Jefferson as a founder who like him some brown sugar...
The black founders??All the want is to be fair. They want kids to learn about the abolitionist Founders and the black Founders, not just that Jefferson and Washington owned slaves.
I don't know, ask the TP.Why wouldn't you want a more well-rounded education on the people who founded this country?
