Maybe only billionaires like Trump are allow to say the Truth regardless of fascist Political Correctness. Sure is that after this interview Trump has got a couple of millions more supporters. Bravo Trump!

I just think it's ironic that this quote appears under a picture of Trump:

Colossians 2:8 (King James Version)
Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.

Think about it for a second: He's a very vain man who went after money (or the rudiments of the world, if you will).

He's a very vain man who went after money .

90 % of all politicians are going after money, in difference to those this guy at least says the Truth.

Thing is... You have the right to speak "the truth" (what it is in your mind anyway). You can say what mr trump says.

And I have the right to think and say that, that point if view is a giant load of koala ****.

Everyone wins.

But in the end, everyone knows Trump is a psuedo conservative.

He's the same punchline he's always been.

Yeah. I have never heard anybody who wasn't very wealthy say anything remotely like this.

Oh boy. It's this thread again.

For those of you just tuning in, here's what's going to happen here:

A group will argue that Islam is filled with hatred, violence, murder, etc.
Another will argue that the same can be said of Christianity or Judaism.
Rinse and repeat.

He said "many Muslims are wonderful people but there IS a Muslim problem". That is very true. Donald's remark was balanced and fair and it isn't completely blinded and stupid like most of the stuff you say.

A sleazy Republican oligarch is not the man to talk about the relative positivity of social influences. The Koran is a product of its time and place - medieval Arabia - that is obviously not up to par with the standards of modern civilization. The same is true of the Torah (prehistoric Levant) and the New Testament (Hellenistic Roman Empire). You want a positive political vibe, read the Declaration of Independence, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the United Nations Charter, etc.

Funny how he leaves out the hate and violence in the Bible then... you know the selling children into slavery, killing gays, killing non believers, killing adulterous women and all that
