Libyan Rebel Council Forms Oil Company to Replace Qaddafi

Wow That Was Fast! Libyan Rebels Have Already Established A New Central Bank Of Libya

Two links to background the rebels in Libya. Obviously some good and very fast lawyers and monied bankers are involved. Neither corporation is a non-profit corporation to distribute monies to Libyan peoples. Libya has OIL and LIBYANS and we are interested in one or the other, or both. Those are objective facts. I have always admired Qaddafi for his social policies in Libya as the most advanced of African nations and wonder how we expect to do better. This looks like a normal start by attempting to gain corporate control of resources and banking. The start of what? Just the facts please.

million dollar question. who knows at this point? although i probably wouldn't be too reliant on a source named "the economic collapse".

What about the Bloomberg quote? I note that corporations and limited liability corporations are formed to maximize profits while minimizing liability. They have charter directors and shareholders and the names of these individuals are never mentioned. Why is that?
