If they do, the next court order should be arrest warrants.

Because they would only find themselves in the same position they are now. The dems would challenge with another lawsuit -- and another -- and another. It's nothing more than a stall tactic.

If you believe you're acting within the law, it makes sense to see it through and get it done.

There's conflicting case law and is one of the things the appeals panel asked the Supreme Court to address when they passed on the case.

The judge submitted a poorly written order preventing the secretary of state from publishing the act and then skipped town. While she was gone, the Republicans said "fine, we'll have the Legislative Reference Bureau publish it instead." When she got back, she revised the order that they're now complying with.

Einstein flunked Math? 0_o I mean he did create most of the mathematical things in Physics ect. The only way I could see him flunk math was that he didn't turn in his paper work at the right time.

    However, back on topic

So following the law means he somehow backing down? I like how your logic goes to dust when this means I back down when I follow the law.<

A... yes, he flunked math in school. He had Asperger's, so that might have been at fault.

B... I never said he was backing down, the OP did (if that was addressed to the OP, then never mind )

Why did Democrats flee the state if they had nothing to worry about?
