OK...so its official...cutting federal spending and trying to stop the insanity that is annual deficit spending is 'extreme.' Expect the federal government to reduce spending is 'extreme.'

Call me 'extreme.' I think people that accept the federal government spending 1.4 trillion annually more than what they take in are not 'extreme.' They are 'morons.'

Have you heard Kucinich talk about Obama lately? Is it that hard to understand that all of this crap happens on both sides? Can anyone really be that dense?

If we were moronic partisan hacks, absolutely.

Well, I wouldn't want to be a moron, so I will refrain from similar accusations.

I guess the democrats aren't either since some are calling for Obama to be impeached. No, they are all idiots who use talking points because none of them are smart enough to defend their own views concisely on their own. It's a sad reality.

And as someone else pointed out, they need talking points for our awesome 24-hour news channels that we have created. When you have multiple news channels spewing out nonsense 24 hours a day, it apparently becomes a necessity for everyone to say the same thing over and over again.

Let's be careful about demonizing talking points: there's a fair number of members here who just post talking points all day long.

A few? If you can show me one conservative on this board who was constantly talking about overpaid teachers and public unions last year, I'll show you one surprised face. It would take a talking point for anyone to blame teachers for being overpaid.

Oops, this is the equivalent of not realizing the mic is on.

Schumer just gave out the marching orders.

It takes an even more moronic partisan hack to start the name calling simply because I dared to question the Democratic party.
