Re: GOP Calls EMERGENCY Meeting To Defund NPR (Even Though The Video Has Been Debunke
Are you saying that NPR is not liberal?
For what? Linking the word "liberal" to NPR? Notice I said "NPR is to liberal media". I didn't state that NPR was a news source exclusively tailor to a liberal listening audience. There is a difference, i.e., FoxNews and most talk radio shows today especially here in the South.
IMO, except for FoxNews, all news from mainstream media sources is liberal. It has to be in order to appear as neutral and non-bias as possible. Sure, an article will put a political slant here or there, but that has more to do with the writter/editor not necessarily the media source itself.
To put it simple, I find NPR's "All Things Considered" to be the most informative news segments on radio today. If I really want to know the nuts and bolts of a news story, get deep inside the issues, the best source for such non-bias, straigh-forward news, IMHO, is NPR, bar-none!
Still, I thank you, Barbbtx for keeping mum on the GOP's true objective when it comes to NPR. The fact that you nor any other Republican/Conservative have argued against my accessment on the matter just illustrates my point clearly.
