These people are genuinely afraid for their ability to earn a living. Is anyone really surprised by this kind of reaction? Not saying it's right or wrong... just unsurprising. People react that way when they're afraid.

no, i'm sure that they were made instead by the furious CSPAN lobby that has been denied it's Wisconsin Senate Coverage the past three weeks

They're afraid for their ability to earn a living? Really? If you're right, then they're obviously way too stupid to be teaching our kids.

Who's to say the Rethugs aren't sending them to each other, so their claims of receiving threats are honest?

It happens anytime a controversial bill is passed.

I think you're referring to anybody who uses money to buy influence in the government.

As for unions, while I hate the effectiveness with which they bribe elected officials -- and, for that matter, the effectiveness with which elected officials are bribed in general -- I'm angrier at state governments who negate legal binding agreements with the force of law.

What's the point of having an agreement if the other party can simply change the rules and screw you whenever it's politically expedient for them?
I'm already gearing up for Finger Vote 2014.

Just for reference, means my post was a giant steaming pile of sarcasm.
