All the guy admits is that his sign has hit the phone. No admission of any criminal wrongdoing of any kind. That was a crowded situation where people are packed in and there is going to be some jostling. I have been in scores of crowds like that and anybody with common sense knows you get jostled, pushed against and signs brush against other people near you.
No assault took place. Nobody was harmed.

The so called video offers no actual sign of any assault of any kind.

This whole thing is a set up by right wing activists in a pathetically lame attempt to cast negativity on unions. If this is the best you righties can come up with it failed utterly.

there was no one standing next to the guy, as the tape CLEARLY shows. no 'jostling' occured.
he said 'I hit her phone', a CLEAR admission of guilt.
