Before you criticize someone you should walk a mile in their shoes, that way when you do criticize them you'll be a mile away and you'll have their shoes.
I'd suggest you go back to Factcheck.org and see the enlarged image of the reverse side of his COLB which has a notary stamp from the Hawaii State Department of Public Health and a raised seal. Looks authentic to me.2. The state of Hawaii has refused to confirm that the COLB that obama has presented cam from them.
Per Hawaii Public Health Records rules, Chapter 8A & 8B, respectively, if Pres. Obama was either foreign born or his birth was recorded within 30-days but not more than 1-year, his birth certificate would indicate such with the proper notation. If foreign born, he'd have the following statement affixed to his COLB:3. The index data confirms that the state has a file on obama, but does not confirm that he was born there. They would still have a file on him if he was issued a 338-17.8 birth certificate.
"This certificate is not evidence United States citizenship for the child or parents named above."
If a delayed birth registration, his COLB would have a notation affixed to it explaning the reason for the delay. There doesn't appear to be such a notation on Pres. Obama's COLB.
Can't help you there...though 24 years later the military hospital where my daughter was born can't find her birth records either. They referred us to the state Department of Public Health where we were able to obtain a copy of her birth certificate. I fail to see this as conclusive evidence that no birth record for the President exists considering my daughter's personal experience is nearly identical.4. At any one time, depending on who you ask, he was born at two different hospitals. Though, neither have a record of his birth.
This story has long be debunked; it was his step-grandmother on his father's side. The translator corrected this error on the spot. Yet, the false information continues... (See full transcript of the conversation, specifically page 19 where the error is corrected by the translator.)5. His paternal grandmother said that she was present when he was born in her country.
Well, considering that Kenya is the place of his ancestory roots by virtue of his biological father having been born there, I don't find the First Lady's comment that unusual at all.6. His own wife of 17 years has called Kenya barack's "home country".
I'll just leave this last issue alone except to say we all have every right to keep our private lives private and not have every Tom, Dick and Harry probing needlessly.7. No one spends $1,300,000 in legal fees to hide something as innocuous as a birth certificate unless it's release would be disastrous.
