He says he's making predictions "a long time ahead" but he made the predictions in November.

The sun is already trending back up. But he's saying cooling? Interesting.

The claim of a win is curious, since I've seen that same clip elsewhere, accompanied by claims that he's so accurate he's been banned from betting!
