CBS News Poll: Most Oppose GOP Tax Plan

So are you ever going to focus on the fact that it isn't always the company's fault for high turnover and that even C-Store News has significant turnover? Why would a company have 55% turnover? Must be bad companies, right?

Are you ever going to focus on the fact that it isn't always the employees fault for high turnover?

Like I said, I can do this all day. Let's see how long it takes you to look at things more flexibly.

Conservative has ignored no such thing, I stole a lot of employees from bad companies, promoted many of those same employees into management positions. Still waiting for you to show how ridiculous my comments are? What I spoke was the truth, companies aren't always to blame for turnover. time for a little fair and balanced look.

And liberals have not ignored that bad employees have nothing to do with turnover. I fired employees for stealing, absenteeism, and flat out insubordination. That had a lot to do with turnover, there.

And I've already demonstrated how ridiculous your comments are, and showed that what you said was laced with partisanship. Employees areen't always to blame for turnover. How about a little more fair and balanced look?

A turnover rate that is higher then the industry standard would typically mean a company has poor human resource management.

The company may not be making the right hiring decisions or it may be offering poor wages or other perks like flexible work scheduaks compared to peers in the area. One has to remember a poor employee would not be a poor employee if they were not hired in the first place.

I see no reason to continue this tangent. You are certainly free to believe whatever you want to believe as nothing ever changes ones mind in any internet forum. I know who I am and what I did. So do my former employees and that is all that really matters to me. I have seen a lot of good companies and bad companies in my career and cited actual facts which you can choose to believe or not. Doesn't really matter to me at this point. Carry on

Guess it depends on the reason for the turnover and what happens to the employees, doesn't it?

Yes of course it would

However unless one is given far more information about the specific locations the stores are in, (high crime areas i expect will have a higher turnover) or those areas which are seeing a decrease in population (employee`s moving).

Overall though high employee turn over compared to others in the industry is generally indicative of bad management. All companies are looking at the same employees generally, and either through hiring practices or better company perks some will have lower employee turnover while others that do not have good hiring practices and lower perks will have higher turnover rates which will increase costs to the company through training and poorer customer service

And... you have chosen to keep with your inflexible partisan hack posting habits.

Fine. Conversation closed.

Yep, a lot of other factors here that haven't been presented but that didn't stop some from making claims about the company. High turnover isn't bad if it benefits both the company and the employee.
