    Yes of course it would

    However unless one is given far more information about the specific locations the stores are in, (high crime areas i expect will have a higher turnover) or those areas which are seeing a decrease in population (employee`s moving).

    Overall though high employee turn over compared to others in the industry is generally indicative of bad management. All companies are looking at the same employees generally, and either through hiring practices or better company perks some will have lower employee turnover while others that do not have good hiring practices and lower perks will have higher turnover rates which will increase costs to the company through training and poorer customer service

    Yep, a lot of other factors here that haven't been presented but that didn't stop some from making claims about the company. High turnover isn't bad if it benefits both the company and the employee.
