Also, show by example. That's the best way to educate people.

It's reckless to suggest that people watch what they eat?

Getting this country back on track means getting people to behave correctly. If force is the only way the government can accomplish this, so be it.
Give the government a inch and it will take a foot, actually it has already done that time and time again. Time to limit the government and put it back in it's box. What I or my family eats is no ones business especially the governments. So let it keep pushing and we will start to push back.

I find it awkward when people say the government has no place in raising kids. The very thesis behind properly running a government would support the very opposite opinion. The government has a vested interest in raising kids to not be complete ****-ups like Bristol. I mean, at the very least - she can always depend on the money mommy gets. The majority of teen moms don't really have such a family safety net to fall on.

Too fuuny, you should make a lotta money.

BTW, Chris Christie is not running for anything in 2012. He likes his job and he's amazing at it.

    I picture , maybe a Palin/Pence ticket or a Palin/Pawlenty. I hope it's not Palin/Perry, but you never know.

Why thank you maam. If you look at your other tickets, they are all a PP ticket. Grade school kids will love it.

You can show where the Let's Move campaign is taking over and making decisions for parents?

On a more serious note: I cannot remember the last time I had not seen a President or his wife do something to try and reduce obesity. Whether it was Bush running so that other American's would pick up on exercising or Clinton making jokes about going to the Doctor and reading his results to the public, etc. This is not a beginning of something new, it is something that has been repeated by every administration since I can remember. Which includes three leaders. So really it isn't about government getting off our backs because they have been off in the first place.
It's very different this time. There is nothing wrong with promoting healthy living and eating. This is trying to force people to eat healthy. Look what SF did with the McDonald's toys? They interferred with a private business's choice of advertising it's product. Now they are attacking sugar which will affect the way people who produce products with sugar do business.
It's picking winners and losers when that should be left up to the free market.
