Warren Buffet: 'Trickle Down' Theory Doesn't Work

Only the far right still buys that crap. The rest of the country understand that excessive military spending, deregulation and the tax cuts to the wealthy is what created most of our debt.

You are far left and you don't speak for most of the country. but the dems have done their best to increase the numbers of people like you

Two bush wars and the Greatest Recession since the Great Depression was the cause. Thankfully we are slowly pulling out of those and the President has called for cuts to our most wasteful spending and increasing revenues.

The GOP only offers more of the supply side economics of the last decade that drove us into the ditch to begin with.

What is Obama's excuse for creating more debt in one term than Bush did in two? Your jealousy of those with more than you is quite telling. You always want to blame others for your own failures and then expect the govt. to bail you out. You are exactly the kind of supporters liberals like Obama love. Not once have I ever cared what someone else made but instead tried to emulate the good ones, what is your excuse for your own failures?

Probably dependent on the left and obviously jealous of what others have so he loves trying to spread his misery equally to everyone else.

That continues to be one of the most idiotic misinformed statements I have seen in this forum. Your opinion shows what kind of leftwing zealot you really are. Glad I never adopted your attitude and apparently had someone guiding me that you never had, that is quite a shame.

Since these three 'causes' were in place in '07 how do you explain the '07 deficit to be 10% of last year's?

In poll after poll, the majority has made it very clear there is no reason to continue voting for tax cuts for the wealthy. Sorry charlie.

Re-read what I said. Because you didn't address it with this response.

Does poll after poll check how many of those polling actually pay any FIT? Unbelievable yet very popular for those jealous of what others have earned and the class warfare advocates. Taxing the rich won't generate enough money to have any impact on the Obama deficits.

Or the Bush and Reagan deficits. Yeah, they made some pretty large ****ing deficits, remember?

Trickle-down produces a nation of pee-ons.

Before Obama even entered office the CBO estimated deficit for FY2009 to be $1.2 Trillion... Loss of FIT revenue due to the Great Bush Recession.

smart people put themselves in a position where that doesn't happen. Its the dems who want more and more Pee-ons.

[h=1]3 GOP candidates' plans would increase debt, study says[/h]
[h=2]"A nonpartisan group says proposals by Romney, Gingrich and Santorum would push the national debt beyond current projections.[/h]
Reporting from Washington — President Obama is roundly criticized by Republicans for running up the nation's debt. But if a Republican takes the White House, the debt will keep climbing — and perhaps even faster than under Obama's proposed policies, a budget watchdog group said.
GOP presidential hopefuls Mitt Romney, Newt Gingrich and Rick Santorum are touting policies that would push the debt beyond current projections — largely because their proposed tax cuts would outweigh spending cuts. Only Ron Paul's plans would begin to sharply decrease the debt, according to a report Thursday from the nonpartisan Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget."

we don't need predictions, studies or fortune tellers to inform us that Obamaturd will increase the debt. He has already proven that

Or the Bush and Reagan deficits. Yeah, they made some pretty large ****ing deficits, remember?

Yeah, I remember, do you at age 14 under Reagan? Reagan's debt was 1.7 trillion dollars in 8 years. Bush's debt was 4.9 trillion in 8 years, Obama's is projected to be 5.7 trillion in 4. Don't think as a liberal I would be acting like I cared about the deficit. Obama will generate almost as much debt in 4 years as those evil Bush/Reagan debts. Please explain to me how raising the taxes on those evil rich people is going to pay down the debt?

Before Obama even entered office the CBO estimated deficit for FY2009 to be $1.2 Trillion... Loss of FIT revenue due to the Great Bush Recession.

The CBO had no idea of the 842 trillion Obama stimulus or the GM/Chrylser takeover, or the Afghanisan supplemental. They also had no clue that Obama wouldn't use the TARP repayment to lower the deficits. Where is your outrage?

How much was SS and Medicare supposed to cost? You continue to buy what you are told and ignore history and reality. No Govt. program has ever cost what it was supposed to cost or ever cut costs like promised. Obama stimulus was supposed to keep unemployment below 8% and today it was supposed to be 6% not drive people out of the labor market like it has. Guess that doesn't matter to a compassionate liberal does it?

Again Obamaturd has increased the debt

To pay for the Bush wars and recession.

The president has proposed cutting spending and increasing revenues as opposed to the GOP plan to increase spending and lower revenues.

We've had enough of that already.

you just want spending that buys the dems more votes

More bull****, we got out of Iraq and the defense budget is higher today than any Bush budget so you continue to show ignorance on yet another subject. There has been no Obama plan to cut spending as evidenced by his 3.83 trillion dollar 2013 budget request. Do you enjoy looking foolish?
