If Obama really was a Kenyan don't you think this would have been brought up when he ran for political office at the local and state level or any time else he applied for a job? Because I am sure he could have milked the I'm a immigrant story in Illinois.Why didn't any of his democrat opponents in the democratic presidential primaries bring up his citizenship staus? You do not think Clinton or anyone else wanted to be president more than Obama? Don't you think FOX news out of all media outlets would have ran with the Obama is a Kenyan story? It doesn't matter. If they pass the law there will be no chance of this stupid BS happening again. It seem like a completely reasonable law to me.

Don't want to shock you, but my post had nothing to do with Obama. It is not a partisan post. You stated it was a foolish law because vetting is done at the Federal level. If asked you if you could post a link....as I've looked and have never been able to find one.

Now. If you can't find a link. Just say so. If you don't want to bother. Just say so. If you want to continue assuming that vetting is done at the Federal level, be my guest. But I have no evidence whatsoever that vetting is done in any formal way at any level in government. So I think Texas is onto something we should all be onto.

why were so many millions spent on legal teams to keep the "birther suit" out of courts?.....I mean why not just show the damn thing to shut people up, dang.....you gotta show a birth certificate to play little league baseball and if you get into tournament play you have to show it evertime you advance..............besides wouldnt you think at that level of government they could just whip one up?

I'm not a birther, but that certificate is a joke. That is NOT a copy of his birth certificate....it's obviously computer generated and no signature. Even you should know that.
