I'm laughing at her gaffe. I'm not "attack"ing her. And she made herself an issue when she accepted the nomination in 2008. It has nothing to do with me or anyone else other than her and whoever it was on McCain's staff that thought she was worthy of nomination.

So is it possible to laugh at the actions of your own side, or is that far too dangerous to even contemplate?

It certainly seems to be headed in the direction of the bail outs being paid back.

    Now back to my question

I wonder how the people at GM feel about his policies?

Everybody in politics slides the responsibility to somebody else...

And as somebody running the financial and tax aspects of a family owned business, I don't think my skills have anything to do with the president's job. I build spreadsheets, keep ledgers, and write checks. I am not reading complicated laws, writing laws, in charge of other people's lives, declaring war, or managing international diplomacy. There are no similarities.

If any leadership position is more like running the government, it's being a military leader.. not a business exec.

I find it funny that people still argue that Palin is qualified to be president. She quit. She plays the victim ad nauseum, and she is an idiot.

I didn't vote for Obama. But I'm even less likely to vote for Palin.

Her excellent TV ratings are final proof that the GOP should nominate her for President in two years. GO SARAH!!!!!

One is a childish fantasy that often engenders a lifelong obsession with its unbelievable heroes, leading to an emotionally stunted, socially crippled adulthood, unable to deal with the real world. The other, of course, involves orcs.... John Rogers

Tough choice, Palin vs. Obama? Hmmm, what to do? Palin hands down for me.
