An unconfirmed source, from a foreign newspaper.

You can't refute the fact that this has been protocol to not reveal costs for EVERY SINGLE PRESIDENT for EVERY SINGLE TRIP.

But this time, you want to know because an unconfirmed source, from a foriegn newspaper said something.

I'll call up some of my friends in a South African newspaper, get them to run a story about you, and we'll all claim its true :)

What double standard are you talking about? If anyone tells me a trip for anyone would cost $200 Million/Day I would not believe it. For Gods sake, Obama isn't taking a trip to the moon, it's incredible that you would believe the trip is costing that much.

As for the actual cost being a security threat, I think you need to contact the Secret Service for that information.

Stimulus is spending

The trip is spending

The Obama agenda is spending

The three trillion dollars added to the debt are the results of this spending and lack of economic growth. Only a liberal wouldn't get nor do you have any desire to get it. This is typical liberalism ignore the promises made by Obama for transparency and the lies of the past two years where there has been no transparency.

I believe this trip costs a lot of money when the United States doesn't have the money to spend. I believe that Obama promised transparency and has offered none. You can continue to buy and support this empty suit but the message this trip sends to the American taxpayer is going to do more damage than good. The electorate said on Tuesday, "Stop the spending!" so what does Obama do, spends more on a needless trip to see the Festival of Lights.

When Obama offered transparency he was very naive on the subject. Due to communications we have today, the internet and such presidents will never have true transparency.

Looks like I did. I pointed out how the $200 million is probably in Rupees and that critical thinking compared with historical data shows that it is almost certainty a mishearing of the amount the Indian official stated. You however, completely failed to apply any form of critical thinking, buying the insane $200 million line hook line and sinker without even considering that it may be massively off.

I will do that with you but not with the condescending tone and mindless drivel and diversion that you usually offer.

Barack Obama ran on the issue of Transparency. Two years into his Administration there has been anything but transparency. On Tuesday he was shellacked with the majority telling him to stop spending money. No one knows that the trip to India will cost and I doubt you do either. The Administration said for security reasons they wouldn't give out the cost. How does giving a ball park figure as to the cost affect security? After all the lies Obama has told over the past two years you and others still give him the benefit out doubt. I doubt you would have been so gracious with Bush had he given the country trillion dollar deficits, millions more unemployed after passing and signing a stimulus, and meager economic growth but now with Obama in charge it is ok to spend the money on a trip to see the Festival of Lights. King and Queen Obama couldn't care less about the perception as they like most liberals have that typical liberal arrogance that says the hell with what you think.

Give me a break, we were attacked on 9/11, what would you have done? There is no comparison between a war and a trip to see the Festival of Lights.
