So you apologize and then you speculate about just what you apologized for?

It's about representation. The Dems have been a total failure at it.
Higher taxes will not have an effect on me. However, I happen to care about the country as a whole. I care about the next generation and the generation after that, even though I'll probably be long gone.
We are on the wrong path, but the Tea Party gives me reason to be optimistic about the future of the country.

And cutting taxes is going to do what for future generations?

This is where you dishonestly take the movement out of context....

you cut taxes, reduce spending, future generations will be far better off than what the current situation has in store. but you knew that it was more than just "cutting taxes" heck its right here in this thread at LEAST three times.

Looks like the Queen has been deposed. Could the party be seeking a bus under which to throw her? Are they recognising the liability she represents? Does anyone care?

I like Sarah Palin, but I would choose Chris Christie over her too. Since she came in second, I don't know what the big deal is. She has actually improved over past polls.

Job creation. We need to get people back to work and off government assistance.
Besides, I'm not saying cut taxes. I'm saying don't raise them and let people know what they are going to be for yrs down the road. All the uncertainty has small business kind of frozen in place.
The HC bill is also a hinderance to job growth. We still don't know what the ramifications from it will be.
