Did GWB ever blame Clinton for anything?

    9/11...and justly so.
The best argument against democracy is a five-minute conversation with the average voter.

If he didn't, his defenders did.

AUSTAN GOOLSBEE: I think the world vests too much power, certainly in the president, probably in Washington in general for its influence on the economy, because most all of the economy has nothing to do with the government.

but there is a difference. Obama has personally blamed Bush on many occasions. I don't recall ever hearing GWB blame Clinton publically. not saying that he didn't, just that I don't recall hearing it.

Doesn't matter. Really, it doesn't. I look recently and can link him doing it once, but it doesn't matter. The fact is both sides always blame backwards. Method for doing so is style over substance.

Sure it does. Supporters can blame anyone for anything -- the President actually saying 'its HIS fault' is someting entirely different.

I don't think so. Both benefit. One may use others to it, and another may do it himself, style. But the blame gets pushed along all the same.

Under what criteria are they using to determine who was better?
