That's the problem with demonizing and not seeking to govern rationally. I suspect some will be gone either way. I'm just pointing out that logically, they can't win by ignoring hal the electorate in the long run.

AUSTAN GOOLSBEE: I think the world vests too much power, certainly in the president, probably in Washington in general for its influence on the economy, because most all of the economy has nothing to do with the government.

Wrong they were elected because of these things. You don't like it but they will push forward. Obama will not get away with pushing a socialist agenda anymore

What socialist agenda is Obama pushing? Are you talking about bailing out retired peoples pensions via AIG?

Please, I ask again, be original. That tried old tactic was dead after the civil war. There is no socialist agenda. That is make believe and a pruely partisan attack effort.

What do you call the massive expansion of govt., the trillion dollar cash infusion from the taxpayer, transfer of taxdollars to those that don't pay taxes, govt. involvement in healthcare, the car business, banks? Lawrence O'Donnell had no problem admitting that he was a socialist, seems that isn't the case with you.

Reason won't win it doesn't compute. You're talking to the tribe that 'doesn't get' what the rest tend to.

Our government does not control the means of production, of capital or land. No socialism. Sorry.
